Oct 24, 2018 I had to revert back to Safari 11 from Safari 12 (by restoring Sierra). Before updating to Safari 12 this worked/connected like charm (with receiver 12.9.1), however after restoring Sierra (to get Safari 11) i'm unable to connect through my client website. Attached log here with. From the logs i can see below. The Citrix Receiver for Mac team is working on product updates to support the upcoming release of macOS Sierra (macOS 10.12) in Fall 2016. Hi,
on a Win2016 Server - VDA 7.12 (but I think license server got 7.6 licenses. not sure. not the admin.).
on macOS (MacPro 8,3 - Late 2011 17') I recently experience a lot of freezes of the client.
Not sure why or how to debug. But happy to help.
issue #1
I wanted to update to 12.6 but after the update (on seemingless mode) when I want to click a window, the window disappears in the background. All I can do is alt+tab to get back the window and use the keyboard to Navigate the window and then eventually another click will focus the window to the front. But then dragging another window from the back is causing the same issue. Reverting back to 12.5 receiver does the trick, yet the new one should work.
issue #2
Indeterministic to me, but more frequently when the screen is updating a lot (new content being displayed on browser or application tab switches) the app will freeze.
Best,
CK

If you install a fresh copy of Mac OS High Sierra on a new machine (not upgrade) and try to install NetScaler Gateway plugin for Mac, then you will see a popup indicating that the system extensions signed by 'Citrix Systems Inc.” were blocked.
Citrix Receiver For Mac Download
Even though you see the message that installation was successful, VPN connections to NetScaler Gateway will not work.
This issue doesn’t arise if you upgrade from older Mac OS to High Sierra because the extensions were already approved during the previous plug-in installation on older OS.
Solution
As per the suggestion in the popup, navigate to System Preferences > Security & Privacy and allow the blocked extensions. If the problem persists, re-install the plug-in.
Note: You might or might not get the registration blocked message.
Problem Cause
macOS High Sierra has introduced a new feature that prompts the user to approve new third-party kernel extensions.
